Guidelines For Remodelling An Office

One of the best times to add branding to your office is during an office remodel or renovation. You will be able to do much more than just put up posters and placards but actually truly incorporate your brand into your office’s interior design with wall vinyls. We will now look at a few guidelines that will help you to do just that.

The Reception

The reception area is one of the most important areas in an office since it is the first area that your clients will enter. As a result, it is best to start here and truly add a great deal of branded design. You can start by using the company colours throughout the space and furnishings, adding the company logo into the backdrop etc.

Continue Branding The Office

You should then continue the same theme from your reception area throughout the office. To put this into perspective, think about how Starbucks does their branding as they are a great example of spacial branding. This includes the use of company colours, logos etc. Now, you should also consider talking to your employees for their ideas and input. You can even add wall decals in your company’s colours as a focal piece.

Personality

You no longer need to have endless rows of cubicles for your employees. These days have surely passed and you should have furnishings that actually show the personality of the company. So, if you have a very relaxed company, then you should have lots of lounge areas when remodelling. By doing so, it will show your employees how much you care about them and how much your company is focused on inspiring them and increasing productivity. When remodelling or renovating, you can make the most of it by using a lot of your brand’s colours and logos throughout the office. This will make a boring office environment a lot more visually appealing and unique. This will serve to make both your staff and customers feel more comfortable and happier.
