Installation & Support Terms & Conditions
Some card printers purchased fom CardLogic Ltd include a Technical Support & Installation Bundle valid for the duration of the printer’s warranty period. This service provides access to remote assistance to help resolve technical or setup issues.
What’s Included
- Printer Installation: We will remotely log into your computer and install the printer drivers and software.
- Software Installation & training: We will install relevant card design software and provide training on how to use it
- Telephone or online support: Assistance is available via phone, Microsoft Teams, or an equivalent remote communication platform.
- Warranty period coverage: Support is provided for the full term of the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Response time: We guarantee that support will be provided within 48 working hours of the issue being reported during normal business hours.
What’s Not Included
- On-site visits: This bundle does not include in-person or on-site technical support.
- Hardware repairs outside warranty: Physical repairs, replacement parts, or out-of-warranty service are not covered.
- Third-party software issues: Support is limited to printer setup and related functions; third-party integrations or applications are excluded.
- Re-installs: Reinstallation of software or printer drivers is not included.
- Loss of software due to user error: Issues arising from accidental deletion or loss of software by the user are not covered.
- Software relocation: Assistance with moving or reinstalling the software on another PC or workstation is not included.
Availability
Support is available during standard business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Any issue reported outside these hours will be handled from the next business day.
Limitations
This free support service is intended for normal use of the printer in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. We reserve the right to withdraw or limit support if misuse, unauthorised modification, or neglect is identified.
