Many clients prefer our engineers to set up the system. We can resolve problems immediately and have you up and running with a fully functioning system. Installation & Training is carried out on site and normally only takes a few hours depending on the solution.
Card Logic also offer on site annual service contracts. This service gives you the client the added security that should you encounter any issues an engineer can be on site to solve any issues that arise. Also included in our service contract is an on site service which will be carried out by one of our trained engineers.
Depending on the type of service contract, Card Logic can also offer hot swap units. This is where a printer can be shipped to you while your printer is being repaired which allows for minimum down time for you the client and allows you to continue printing; this service is specially designed for critical printing applications.
