When should I replace the printer head?

Over time, a printhead can become damaged by dirt and debris; this will normally manifest as white lines upon your printed card which gradually get wider and wider. Once these symptoms appear, unfortunately, its too late and the printhead must be replaced.

Can I replace the part myself?

We recommend professional installation as the print head is a delicate part and very easily damaged.
